About the event

Columbia Health and Wellness Outreach Society BC will make a presentation that will help you connect with other like-minded families in your community to form a homeschooling POD. This is an informational event for all those interested in learning more about Homeschool Kindergarten and connecting physically with other families in your community.

Our Education Director is a retired teacher of 30 years. We've got pods developing across the province. Send me a private message saying the community you live in and I will add you to the private community POD CHATS with other families.

You must RSVP for this event as seating is VERY limited.

NOTE: Are you a retired TEACHER and want to volunteer to help families HOMESCHOOL their children?  Columbia Health and Wellness Outreach Society BC have families across the Province wanting to homeschool in a POD. We as a society want to provide teacher support for these families. This is volunteer work with our non-profit society.

We're also looking for specific volunteer instructors in every community. If you are able to volunteer for 1 hour per week to teach homeschool students of all grades please email me at hwos.bc@gmail.com or via the contact page at our website: https://www.healthandwellnessoutreachsociety.ca/contact

We need at least these helpers. You do not have to be a teacher to teach these subjects, you just need to be experienced in the subjects and able to teach a class.  The subjects are French, Choir, Band, and Art.

Thank you to those who step up to the challenge of keeping our children safe and raising them with a well-rounded education.
