• Payment is required at the time of order by:

  • e-transfer to the above phone number

  • or by cheques made out to "Health and Wellness Outreach Society"

    • If paying with cash or cheque, we will arrange a time to meet you in Chilliwack on or before June 14

 

Your order will be available for pick up on June 24, 2022,
between 3 and 5 pm at the Free Reformed Church in Chilliwack, 45471 Yale Road.
